This listing is for a Custom Floral Preservation Order that uses real life flowers to create a one of kind piece for your home.

Special moments happen every single day. However, some moments become even more memorable when flowers are part of the memory. Instead of letting those flowers wilt, why not make a custom art piece with them? Our floral preservation is meant just for this!

We offer various shapes and sizes to preserve your special flowers in epoxy resin. Each piece is made with upwards of eight layers of epoxy resin, to ensure the durability & longevity of the product that we make.

As an item that is being made custom, our shop has a minimum turnaround time of 8 - 12 weeks for this product, to ensure that they are treated with the utmost love & given the highest level of attention.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All Epoxy Resin products must be handled with care to ensure their longevity. Please follow the next few guidelines when handling your custom made product:

- Avoid Placing In Direct Sunlight
- Hand Wash Only
- Do Not Soak
- Not Dishwasher Safe
- Not Microwave Safe
- Avoid Dropping
- Avoid Using Cleaning Products With Harsh Chemicals

If a product is dropped after it has been received & cracks / shatters, MDC is NOT held liable in replacing the product. Replacements are only considered up to 48 hours after a product has been received with photo documentation provided (please see Return Policy details). If a customer would like to replace a damaged item, a new order will have to be placed in the shop & the order process will start from the beginning.

RETURN POLICY

If there is an issue with a product, the customer must provide photo documentation of the discrepancy within 48 hours of receiving the product. From there, MDC will work with you to either recreate, replace, or refund the purchased product.

All sales are final once the 48 hour time period has passed.
